Reprints: We're going to sell for $3 ea, or 10/20-25depending on postage, and work on getting them on the website as a shopping cart kind of purchase.

NABB Logo, 3rd party so we can use it for logoware.  Apparently, NABB owns the head logo that's the line drawing, and also the black/white drawing in the reprint.

Marie says we need to put all of our documents into Google documents so we can have a record of all these things that we know, just for future generations.  (for now, the minutes will be posted on the website)

Rescue: 4 concluded that we would be okay with rescue being its own entity as long as current members are on the board for rescue.  Erika wants it to be a subsidiary.  How do you classify it legally?  Will ask JD how to set it up as a subsidiary, but have it's own identity, so it can become a 5013c entity.  

Are there any tax implications for receiving the estate money? We are a non-profit.  We are just a non-profit incorporated in FL we do not have a 501C3.  

Website: we all agree we need a new version, it needs to be more exciting.  

Value for the membership, some members do not feel they get enough value for their membership fees.  How can we increase the value?

The International: ideas: foreign liaisons, we have connections like Russia and France.  We have got to go out into Europe.  Any kind of promoting our club to people over there will help.  Maybe we can get them to print out brochures to bring to shows, translated.  Perhaps we need to give them a title?  By the way we own the rights to the electronic version of the reprint.

He has a lot of ideas about the website, ask Vladimir how much time he has.  Renee feels we should send out bids on a redesign.  

Marie can get a projection on yearly cost.  So we can find out how much we can spend on projects.

Pedigree database, make sure we have backups.

NABB treasury funds, what are our objectives:
Promote Burmese
Iams ambassador cats funds a breeder to show cats with their IAMs can we do the same to promote the Burmese.  We could advertise in Cat Fancy, or a European outlet.  

We need to discuss constitution, bylaws, and continuity of leadership.
