Current Rescues: (updated 6/09/09)
Reno, NV (6/19/09) – Peter and Cleo were let go because their owner moved away. They are currently at the Nevada humane society. They need a permanent home ASAP! Longtime pals,we could not bear to be separated as we love each other so much. We are neutered and spayed, and have all our shots up-to-date. Some might call us “senior,” which I guess we have to admit we are, in age,but we retain all the sweet characteristics of our breed:charming, alert and incredibly bright, and we can still live a long and happy life. Also, our adoption fee is reduced. Visit at the Nevada Humane Society at 2825 Longley Lane Reno Nevada or call (775) 856-2000 and ask for Vonice.
Atlanta-area, GA (5/5/09) – Atlanta/Smyrna Georgia area. Riley is a 15 y/o sable boy who needs a home soon. The family has a new baby and are worried about Riley being unsafe around the baby. He is very sweet and good with other cats. Does not get along with dogs. He is healthy, but requires a dental cleaning 1 x year. contact Jessica at jessicapage77@gmail.com
To be loved & owned by a senior cat is one of life's greatest pleasures and privileges.
Since July 2000, NABB has directly assisted in the placement of more than 500
